You may remember that we’re pretty crazy about Pepper Jelly a delectable pepper glaze and spread. You can get the recipe for Pepper Jelly here. It’s really easy to make especially with Mrs. Wages Pepper Jelly Kit. We like to use Pepper Jelly as a main ingredient in this super easy and festive appetizer.

TIP: You can substitute cream cheese with goat cheese, or use hummus.
For those of you who have an artistic ability you can create your own design by hand. Use a toothpick to draw your initial sketch. We mixed some cream cheese and Pepper Jelly together and then sculpted this Christmas tree using a knife and a spatula.
Get creative with your molds, make a wreath, or a gingerbread man. Of course, you can come up with all sorts of ideas for other holidays – a heart for Valentine’s Day, a flower for spring, a pumpkin for autumn. You get the idea!
I would make a traditional julbock (Scandanavian Yule goat).
My favorite appetizer is the child-friendly (I have 3 young grandchildren) pigs-in-a-blanket made with croissant dough & mini sausages.
If I had a mold, I might shape my cream cheese…but I have to say that cream cheese topped with something like this wouldn’t last long at my family party so I probably wouldn’t bother shaping it. I know, I know, we eat with our eyes first…
My favorite holiday appetizer is either cream cheese with jalapeno jelly or a crock pot jalapeno popper dip. It’s hard to choose.
hmm, maybe a peace dove – too ambitious?
olives and artisanal cheeses
A pumpkin.
I would make the christmas tree…. very cute!
I like any kind of dip with cheese!
i like to use Pepperelly in a savory tart. Spread a good amount on the bottom, top with a relatively mild cheese, add some bacon pieces, a little more cheese, and diced fresh tomatoes, bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, delicious!!!!
Probably a snowman
Fondue!
I’d press an herbed cream cheese mixture into a star mold, then “float” that in a sea of Pepperelly!
Not an appetizer, chicken! It would be delish on grilled chicken!
I think a star would be pretty. It would give several edges for getting the cream cheese and glaze onto your cracker!
Maybe the star of Bethlehem. I’m not too creative!
My favorite holiday appetizer IS pepperjelly, cream cheese and crackers!
I think I’d just do cream cheese and crackers – simple and bound to be good!
My favorite appetizer is chips and guacamole.
Love the snowman idea. Also love this with seafood.
I would make a star!
