The glass manufacturing industry is still struggling to catch up from the demands of the last few years, and we expect to see continued shortages for the duration of 2022. Our purchasing department continues to work very hard to keep our stock as consistent as possible, while also sourcing alternatives for our customers.
We do have a good stock of Bulk Canning Lids on hand. These are available in regular and wide mouth and are suitable for both waterbath canning and pressure canning. They are manufactured by a very reputable and reliable company here in the United States.
If you require jars for Pressure Canning:
Ball® Jars , two-piece lids and bulk canning lids are still in high demand. While we continue to receive monthly shipments of Ball canning jars, those shipments are still relatively small and often sell out within a few days. This is why it’s important to take advantage of our “Notify me when this item is back in stock” button. Once signed up, you’ll receive an email notification when that product is received in our warehouse. Please note – if the email goes out, that list is purged. This means that you will need to sign up again for the next re-stock event.
If you are Water Bath Canning:
We carry other canning jars that are also safe for home canning and have provided a few jar comparisons (listed below) to assist you in finding an alternative so you can keep preserving! You can see options for quart, pint, half pint, and 4 oz. jars below.

If we aren’t able to fulfill your order, it’s okay. However, please be careful when shopping with unfamiliar companies. There are some sites taking advantage of people in their frantic search for canning lids & jars.
