70-2030 White Metal Lug Lid

70/2030 mm Lug white metal closure. This cap features a liner of pasteurization plastisol, making it suitable for the following processes: hot-fill, pasteurization process, or steam capping. The acid-resistant interior coating makes it suitable for preserving high-acid foods.

Applying a lug or twist-off closure requires a lid twist to grasp onto the threads of the jar. This white 70mm lug cap fits jars with a 70/2030 finish. Lug/twist-off closures are manufactured primarily for commercial machine capping equipment compatibility. However, many of our customers apply them by hand.
