82/2040 mm lug gold metal closure with pasteurization plastisol sealing compound. This twist-off lid is suitable for the following processes:
- Hot-fill and cool (up to 212°F)
- Pasteurization process (up to 212°F) for one hour
Applying a lug metal closure requires a twist of the lid to grasp onto the thread of the jar. This cap fits any of the containers with an 82/2040 finish listed under the Accessories tab. Jars are sold separately by case quantity. Lids are sold by the piece or case.
