38/400 CT (continuous thread) Phenolic Black Ribbed Cap. This phenolic lid has an LDPE liner in the shape of a cone that creates a wedge-like seal. The PolyCone liner is made of an oil-resistant plastic, offering a superior chemical barrier. Phenolic lids are designed to form an exceptionally tight seal and are recommended for use with glass containers for oils, essential oils, fragrances, and other liquids.Â
