reCAP Fermenter (pack of 3) is an easy to use waterless airlock set for making ferments. It works with both regular mouth and wide mouth pour caps, which means you can use both wide mouth and regular mouth mason jars. reCAP Fermenter sports a low-profile and is a waterless airlock containing a one-way valve to let gases escape and absolutely not let air in. This eliminates the need to monitor the jars every day, but makes it easy to peek in and taste when desired. It is dishwasher safe and made of BPA-free, food safe plastic.
