Tub Tea Recipe

Soothing Lavender & Bergamot Tub Tea

This batch yields about 30 oz by volume. Suggested use – about ¼ cup per bath

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quinoa or whole dried oats
  • 2 cups lavender buds
  • 1 cup fine Himalayan Salts
  • 1 cup coarse Himalayan Salts
  • 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 10 drops Bergamot Essential Oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulverize quinoa or oats well - until powdery.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
  3. Scoop into your desired glass containers with an airtight lid.
