The Cherry Pitter for mason jars comes with a canning ring and fits on regular-mouth canning jars! All of your cherry pits go into your jar...no waste & no mess! The special rubber helps to protect your cherries. It also works well for pitting olives. All pieces should be washed by hand in warm soapy water as soon as possible after use to remove the acids from the fruit and to extend the life of your Cherry Pitter & the rubber.
