Cherry Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 pint cherry pie filling
  • 2 cups fresh or chopped frozen rhubarb

Cobbler

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Gently stir pie filling and chopped rhubarb together then place in a 8-inch square baking dish.

  2. Mix together, butter, sugar, egg, flour, baking powder, and milk. Stir well and pour over the fruit.

  3. Bake at 350 for approximately 50-60 minutes. You want the top just lightly browned and the fruit filling bubbly.
