Fillmore Container Pick-Up Procedure

We are open for scheduled Pick-Ups but it’s important to review the Fillmore Container Pick-Up Procedure before you arrive at our site to ensure Pick-Up goes smoothly, safely, and ultimately saves you time and money.

Our showroom is not open (except by appointment), which means no walk-in business.

All pick-up orders must be scheduled through our website 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your arrival. We have a finite amount of space, so there is a limit of orders we can accommodate in any given day. The scheduling module will indicate the next available day. You will be notified via emails and text when your order is staged. We aim to stay ahead of schedule but can not promise early staging. 

We are not accommodating walk-ins at this time, with the exception of fragrances or small wax orders, as we know that some of you may wish to smell them before ordering them. While the addition of fragrance/wax to the standing order cannot be made, you may be able to place a separate order with the understanding that there will be a wait. Please be sure to check with customer service prior to placing such an order to see if we can accommodate you. We ask for your understanding and patience, as we may not be able to accommodate requests leading up to holidays and during busy seasons.

Rush Options for Pick-Up Orders

We do offer a RUSH option for pick-up orders. When you choose RUSH, you will then need to choose a date. The same-day option is only available until noon. If the rush is placed after noon (12 pm EST), only the next day will be available. If you are trying to place a RUSH order prior to the noon cut-off, but plan to pick up your order the next day, please choose the rush with the same day date, but alert us of the day you plan to pick it up in the comment field. Please understand that our team will need time to pull your order together, even if you’ve chosen the rush option. Like our normal pick-ups, you will receive a text/email when your order is staged.

Important Additional Information for Pick-Ups

  • When your order is ready for pick-up, a notification will be sent to the cell number and email you provided at checkout. This notification will include the location of your order. If your order is on the smaller side, it will tell you which cart or which spot on the shelf your order has been staged. If your order is larger, it may tell you that your order is on a pallet. If your order is on a pallet, you can back up to Door B, contact us at the number provided and we will bring your order out to you.
  • Our Pick-Up Room hours are 9am – 4pm. Some accommodations may be made for pick-ups as early as 8am, or as late as 5pm.
  • If you are sending someone to pick up your order for you, please be sure that they have the above information.
  • Orders loading onto vehicles that can accommodate a pallet will be loaded at Door B. If palletized pick-up is preferred, the vehicle will need clearance of 44″ wide and 54″ deep. Pallet dimensions and weights vary, so please confirm your vehicle’s capability with Fillmore customer service when placing your order. For safety reasons, we prefer to not load pallets into minivans or SUVS with the forklift.
  • Please notify our team (by leaving a note in the comment field at checkout OR by email or phone call) if there are preferences to have your order wrapped or if you will be hand stacking. This is especially helpful if you don’t always send the same vehicle for pick-up.

After receiving confirmation of your order, please:

  • Arrive after receiving notification that your order is staged, or on your scheduled day to ensure that your order is properly staged.
  • Have the text message with the staging information of your order,  order number and the name associated with your order, with you when you arrive.
  • Enter through the sliding glass door to the right of the overhead doors.
  • If you don’t have the text or email notifying you of the order location, you can find the order’s cart or shelf location – listed by order number on the big screen located on your right, above the large windows. 
  • If your order is palletized, or if your order is not on the screen, please use the RING DOORBELL or call the cell number provided on the screen so that one of our pick-up staff can retrieve or locate your order. Do not attempt to move your pallet or open garage doors.
  • Please only handle the order you’re picking up.
  • If your order is on a cart or shelf, exit through the sliding glass door.
  • Double-check the order as you load it. A packing slip will be attached to the order. 
  • Return the cart to where you got it.
  • In courtesy to other customers,  please vacate the space in a timely manner and be aware of traffic as you exit.
