Our New Facility is OPEN

We are so happy to share that our new facility is open at 2260 Dairy Road, Lancaster PA 17601.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we transition into our new space and find an even better work flow. We are here and fully operational. However, there are a few things we are still working to streamline. Please read the important updates about our new facility below.

Important Information about Our New Facility

• We are now operating out of our new facility.

• Freight and Ground orders are shipping as usual.

• Pick-Up orders must be scheduled through the website.

• Our offices and showroom are not currently open to the public.

• We are not able to accommodate walk-ins, or special requests at this time.

Important Information about Pick-Ups

We are open for Pick-Ups. All Pick-Up Orders must still be scheduled online ahead of time, and time slots should be adhered to. Orders are picked and staged according to your time slot. Please be prompt and arrive during your scheduled time slot. Our new pick-up zone is larger, but in order to use it most efficiently, it relies on customers picking up their orders during their scheduled time slot. If you are unable to pick up during your allotted time, we appreciate knowing.

Our Self-Serve Pick-Up zone is located beside the freight loading docks at the front end of the building. Please look for the Customer Pick-Up signs.  See our Instagram stories and highlights for how to get to our Pick-Up zone. If you are coming for a pick-up, our new address is 2260 Dairy Road Lancaster, PA 17601. 

We love seeing our customers, but please do not make a spontaneous trip to Lancaster to see our new building and grab some jars or fragrance oils! Our staff must focus on getting existing orders processed and we can not accommodate special requests at this time.
