COVID-19 Update – Now Open for Pick-Up – June 15, 2020
A BIG thank you to our customers for your patience and understanding as we worked through necessary logistics to offer a safe and efficient Pick-Up solution for you and our team. We are pleased to announce that we are now OPEN for Pick-Up!
Please understand that our Pick-Up procedure looks different than before COVID-19. To ensure Pick-Up goes smoothly, safely, and ultimately saves you time and money, please note the following guidelines and changes to our Pre-Order Self-Serve Pick-Up procedures.
Self-Serve Pick-Up Garage
We’ve added a new Self-Serve Pick-Up Garage for cart-sized and smaller orders. This is where you will retrieve your Pick-Up order. You can see a brief tour of the Pick-Up Garage in the video below. Orders on Pallets will be retrieved at Door A. There is a doorbell there to contact us.
The Garage is open Monday through Thursday 9 am – 4 pm. Specific Pick-Up time slots will be scheduled during check-out. All orders must be placed 48 hours (or 2 business days) in advance. Slots are limited, so it’s possible that you may need to choose a day further out.
NEW Pick-Up Guidelines
Before picking up, please review the following information so you are familiar with the process.
All orders must be placed 48 hours (or 2 business days) in advance.
We are not able to make ANY order changes or additions on the day of pick-up.
Most orders will be on a cart or shelf in our Self-Serve Pick-Up Garage.
Orders loading onto vehicles that can accommodate a pallet will be loaded at Door A – our large overhead door. If palletized pick-up is preferred, the vehicle will need clearance of 44” wide and 54” deep. Pallet dimensions and weights vary, so please confirm your vehicle’s capability with Fillmore customer service when placing your order. We are unable to load pallets into minivans or SUVs.
After receiving confirmation of your order, and upon arrival at Fillmore Container please DO the following:
Arrive within your scheduled time slot to ensure that your order is properly staged and to allow for social distancing in our limited space. (Pick-Up time slots are scheduled between 9 am and 4 pm).
Have your Order # and Customer Name under which the order was placed.
Back into one of the 2 parking spots at the Pick-Up Garage. (If both spots are full, please wait in one of our regular parking spots until one is available).
Wait until the previous customer is loaded before retrieving your order.
Customers are expected to wear a mask on the premises.
Enter through the door on the right side of the garage.
Find your order’s cart or shelf location – listed by order number on the large whiteboard.
Only handle your cart/order.
Use the Garage Door Opener if you need to roll a cart to your vehicle.
If choosing to take the cart to your vehicle, please back the cart (handle first) down the ramp to avoid contents falling off cart.
Double-check your order as you load it. A packing slip will be attached to your order.
Return your cart to where you got it.
Close all doors on your way out.
Vacate the space in a timely manner and be aware of traffic.
